Professional
My name is Andrew Emmons. I am a recent graduate of the University of Southern California where I studied Fine Arts and Computer Science. My professional interests lie where Computer Science meets Design and Animation. I create from the perspective of both an engineer and an artist. I want to use both the technically critical and artistically abstract areas of my personality. In my work I mash technology, aesthetics and thought together in the creation of something visually and philosophically interesting.
Personal
I am an easygoing/adventurous kind of guy. I enjoy fishing for Stripers off the shores of Cape Cod with my Grandfather, as well as doing a little surfing or snowboarding when the conditions are right. The most memorable part of my life so far has been the time I spent aboard the HMS Rose. It is a Tallship, which I had the opportunity of working on as a deckhand as she sailed from Newport, RI to San Diego, CA. I know I’ll always have those months aboard the Rose in my list of top five life experiences.
